When your staff scan the QR code on the back of the pass, the card updates in real time — adding stamps or points, redeeming a reward, or refreshing a membership tier — and the customer sees the change instantly on their lock screen.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. GetLoyal passes use the wallet apps that already come pre-installed on every iPhone and Android device. Customers tap a join link or scan a QR code, then add the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. There is nothing to install, no account to create, and no password to remember.

GetLoyal supports stamp cards, points cards, membership cards, discount cards, gift cards, coupons, event tickets, access passes and business / staff ID cards. Every pass type works with both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and updates over the air in real time.

Can I send push notifications to my customers?

Yes. You can send wallet push notifications directly to your customers' lock screens — no SMS, no email, no extra app. Notifications can be sent to everyone, to a specific branch, to customers above a points threshold, or to customers who haven't visited in 30, 60 or 90 days.

Yes. You can add unlimited branches under a single account, assign staff to specific locations, and see analytics broken down per branch. Customers can join from any branch and earn or redeem at any other branch, with everything synced in real time.

How long does it take to set up GetLoyal?

Accepted Answer

Most businesses are live in under 15 minutes. After signing up you complete a short onboarding flow — business details, choose a card type, set the reward rules, add your first branch — and your card is ready to share via a join link or printable QR code.

Do I need any hardware to use GetLoyal?

No special hardware required. The staff scanner runs in any modern web browser on a phone or tablet, so any device with a camera can scan customer passes. If you already have a tablet at your till, that's all you need.

How do customers join my loyalty program?

Every card you publish gets a unique join link (e.g. getloyal.ai/join/abc123) and a downloadable QR code. Customers tap the link or scan the QR, see a branded join page, and add the pass to their wallet — usually in under 10 seconds. They appear in your dashboard immediately.

Can I import my existing customer list?

Yes. You can invite existing customers via WhatsApp, email or SMS by sharing your join link, and you can also bulk-import a customer list with their lifetime points or stamps already credited so loyal customers feel recognised from day one.

Yes. The Starter plan is free and includes one location, one card design, and a generous customer allowance — enough to launch a real loyalty program. Paid plans unlock more branches, more card designs, larger customer limits, push notifications, advanced analytics and integrations.

Do I need a credit card to start a free trial?

Accepted Answer

No credit card is required. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of Growth features automatically — you can skip the card step during onboarding and still use the full trial. You'll only be asked for a card if you decide to keep a paid plan after the trial ends.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your GetLoyal subscription at any time from the Plan settings in your dashboard. You'll keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account is automatically moved to the free Starter plan.

Do I get a discount for paying yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Yearly billing saves 16.7% on Growth and on the USD Advanced plan, and 19.2% on the AED Advanced plan, compared to paying month-to-month. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing on the pricing page or from your Plan settings at any time.

Does GetLoyal work outside the UAE?

Yes. GetLoyal works anywhere Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are available, which is virtually every country worldwide. Pricing is shown in AED for UAE-based businesses and in USD elsewhere, and you can run your program in any language.

Is my customer data secure with GetLoyal?

Yes. Customer data is stored on encrypted, GDPR-compliant infrastructure, and wallet passes themselves contain no personal information beyond what you choose to display. You stay in control of your customer list and can export or delete it at any time.

Does GetLoyal integrate with my POS or e-commerce system?

Accepted Answer

GetLoyal includes a Shopify integration for online and POS stores, plus a website widget you can embed on any site (Shopify, WordPress, custom-built) with a single script tag. A public API is available for custom integrations on the Advanced and Enterprise plans.
