Getting Started
5 min read

A step-by-step walkthrough to get your first loyalty program live in under 15 minutes.

Welcome to GetLoyal

GetLoyal is a digital loyalty platform built for UAE businesses. In minutes you can create branded wallet passes that live inside Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — no app download required for your customers.

This guide walks you through the end-to-end setup so you can be live before your next customer walks through the door.

Step 1 — Create your account

Head to getloyal.ai and click Get Started. Enter your business name, email address, and a secure password. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link inside to verify your address and unlock your dashboard.

Step 2 — Complete onboarding

After your first login, GetLoyal will guide you through a short onboarding checklist:

  1. Business details — name, logo, primary brand color
  2. Card type — choose from Points, Stamp, Membership, Discount, Gift Card, Coupon, or Access
  3. Reward rules — define how customers earn and redeem (e.g. 1 AED = 1 point, reward at 500 points)
  4. First branch — add at least one location so your staff can scan

Each step takes less than a minute. You can always come back and update any setting later.

Step 3 — Invite your team

Navigate to Branches in the sidebar, select your branch, and click Add Staff. Staff members receive a login link and can immediately access the QR scanner — no extra app required.

Step 4 — Share your join link

Every card design has a unique join URL (e.g. getloyal.ai/join/abc123). Share it via:

  • A QR code printed at your counter
  • Your Instagram bio
  • WhatsApp broadcasts to existing customers
  • Your email newsletter

When customers tap the link they see a branded page, add the card to their wallet, and are instantly enrolled in your program.
